一、论坛简介

捷报比分,捷报比分手机版2024年海外学者论坛旨在加深海外学者对捷报比分,捷报比分手机版的全面了解，吸引海外学者加盟捷报比分,捷报比分手机版、助力“双一流”建设，同时为海外学者与校内教师搭建学术交流与合作的平台。

三、报名条件

具有国（境）外学习或工作经历，符合以下条件之一：

1.在国内外知名高校取得博士学位后在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或科研职位，且具有连续24个月以上工作经历，年龄一般不超过40周岁，具有高级职称或学术领军人才年龄要求放宽。

2.在国（境）外知名高校取得博士学位或博士后出站（在读或在站人员于2024年12月31日前取得博士学位或出站），年龄一般不超过35周岁。

3.有意愿加盟捷报比分,捷报比分手机版或与捷报比分,捷报比分手机版建立长期合作的其他海外人才。

四、报名方式

1.报名截止时间：2024年7月26日。

2.报名邮箱：rcyjnuc@163.com，邮件标题：海外论坛-姓名-毕业院校-学科（专业）。

3.报名材料：个人简历；本人身份证原件扫描件；本科、硕士、博士阶段的学历、学位证书原件扫描件，教育部留学服务中心出具的国（境）外学历学位认证书扫描件，暂未取得学位证书的2024年应届毕业生提供在读相关证明，海外博士后或有其它海外工作经历的提供海外工作经历证明；第一作者发表论文等代表性成果证明原件扫描件。以上材料暂无法提供的，请提供其它可以证明的材料。

经专家组对报名人员综合评价后，将在2024年7月31日前通过邮件向各位优秀学者发送邀请函。特殊情况报名截止时间及发送邀请函时间适当延后。

五、差旅费用

论坛期间学校统一安排食宿，受邀参会学者可申请报销往返交通费用。交通费用实报实销（机票限报经济舱、高铁限报二等座）。欧美地区不超过1.5万元人民币，亚太地区不超过8000元人民币，国内不超过4000元人民币。

3.根据学校岗位空缺情况，T类博士以人事派遣形式解决配偶校内工作。

八、学校简介

捷报比分,捷报比分手机版始建于1941年，是一所由山西省人民政府与工业和信息化部、山西省人民政府和国家国防科技工业局双共建的多科性教学研究型大学，是山西省委重点支持率先发展的高校之一，前身是享有“人民兵工第一校”美誉的太行工业学校。

2024Forum onOverseas ScholarsRecruitment

North University of China

I.Forum introduction

“North University of China2024Forum onOverseas ScholarsRecruitment”(“NUC 2024 Forum”hereinafter) is initiated to make North University of China fully accessible to overseas scholars and invite overseas scholars to join the University in its endeavor of“Double First-Class Initiative”construction. The NUC 2024 Forum is also a platform bridging communication and collaboration between faculties at the University and overseas scholars.

II. Planned Schedule

August 12, 2024:Registration

Morning of August 13, 2024:Opening Ceremony and Keynote Forum

Afternoon of August 13, 2024:Discipline-based Sub-forumsandOn-site Visiting

August 14, 2024:Departure

III. Applicant Eligibility

Applicants shall have been studying or working at overseas institutions, satisfying one of the threequalificationsas below:

1. Having acquired an authenticated teaching/research position in an overseas university, scientific research institution, or enterprise R&D branch for over successive 24 months, after acquiring PhD degree in notable domestic/overseas university, under the age of 40. For applicants with senior academic titles or leading talents, the agewouldbe specified otherwise.

2. Havingacquireda PhD degree orcompleted a post-doctoral program in anotabledomestic/overseas university (before December 31, 2024 for PhD and post-doc program candidates) under the age of 35.

3. Intended overseas talents of othercategorieswilling to join North University of China, or establishlong-term collaboration with North University of China.

IV. Submission of Application

1.Application shall be accepted before July 26, 2024.

2.Application shall be sent torcyjnuc@163.comvia e-mail, with a title in the format of“Overseas Forum + Name + Host University + Discipline”.

3.Materials to be Submitted:

1) Resume

2)Scanned copy of ID card;

3) Scanned copies ofbachelor’s, master’s,and doctor’s degree certificates, as well as the scanned copy of degree authentication issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education(in-study registration certificates for PhD candidates), and overseas working certificates.

4) Originals and copies of publications as lead author.

Letters of Invitation shall be sent to applicants via e-mail before July 31, 2024, after review of the submitted materials.

Note: Deadline for registration and setting letters of invitation may be postponed under force majeure or other special circumstances.

V. Reimbursement of Travelling Expenses

North University of China will offer accommodation for the scholars invited at the cost of the University, and reimbursetheiractual expenses on round-trip travelling (economy class for air tickets and second class for high-speed trains).

Thereimbursementshall notexceedRMB 15,000 for scholars in Euro-America regions, RMB 8,000 for scholars in Asia-pacific regions, and RMB 4,000 forscholarsin mainland China.

VI. Routine Positions and Corresponding Salaries and Allowances

A.TaihangScholars

Notes: 1).Annual salary refers to the salary in each ofthefive years after recruited. 2). Salary, Allowance, and Initial Funding are in RMB (×10,000).

Miscellaneous:

1.After recruited, scholars may submit application to the University for authentication of professional titles for overseas high-caliber talents, under preferential terms and conditions.

2. The University would take priority in supporting the scholars in allocating resources, constructing research teams and platforms, supervisingpostgraduates, and applying for research projects, awards, and international communications, after recruited.

3. The University would offer on-campus jobs to the spouses of the recruited scholars in accordance with relevant policies.

B.ExcellentDoctors

Notes:1). Category T Doctors refers to the doctors graduated from the top 200 overseas universities, having published 2-3 high-level articles in their research fields, or those from the top 400 overseas universities, having published 3-4 high-level articles, with scores of 90-110 by competent school of the University. 2). Category E Doctors refers to the doctors graduated from the top 200 overseas universities, having published 1-2 articles in recognized journals in their research fields, or those from the top 400 overseas universities, having published 1-4 articles in recognized journals, with scores of 55-75 by competent school of the University. 3). Salary, Allowance,Initial Funding, Accumulated Income, Municipal Remuneration and Aggregated Income are in RMB (×10,000).

Miscellaneous:

1.After recruited, doctors of Category T would be appointed as three-year-term associated professors in the University, and may submit application to the University for authentication of professional titles for overseas high-caliber talents, under preferential terms and conditions.

2. After recruited, doctors of Category T would be recognized as Masters’supervisors. Such a qualification would be invalid in case they fail the initial-term evaluation.

3. Spouses of doctors of Category T could be offered on-campus jobs as contracted workers.

VIII. Profile of North University of China

North University of China is a multidisciplinary universityunder the administration ofPeople’s Government of Shanxi Province,and an institution co-sponsored byMinistry of Industry and Information Technology,andState Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. The University traces back to Taihang Industrial School founded in 1941, and renown as“People’s Pioneering School of Ordnance”. Shanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC intended to support the University in taking a lead in development during 14^thFive-year Plan period.

The University is located in Taiyuan City, known for itssplendidhistory and cultural relics.
